猪场养殖污水高效达标排放案例分析

黄山市某生猪养殖场采用"预处理-两级A/O-高级氧化-消毒"工艺处理该猪场的低C/N生猪养殖污水.投运以来,工艺运行稳定,出水水质根据季节农忙期执行《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084-2005)、非农忙期执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996).两级A/O高效生化工艺,分区分功能调控技术采用低溶氧运行控制策略,在保障出水水质的同时有效降低了项目的运行处理成本,其中执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)约为11.48元·t-1.该生化工艺可为养殖场低C/N污水项目提供参考.
Case Study on Typical Efficient Up-to-standard Discharge of Pig Breeding Sewage
This paper reported a case of pig farm in Huangshan City adopted the process of"pretreatment-two-stage A/O-advanced oxidation-disinfection"to treat the pig breeding wastewater with low C/N ratio.Since it was put into operation,the process has been running stably,and the effluent quality has been implemented according to the"Farmland irrigation Water Quality Standard"(GB5084-2005)in seasonal busy season and the"Comprehensive sewage discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996)in non-busy season.Two-stage A/O efficient biochemical process,differentiated functional regulation technology adopts low-dissolved oxygen operation control strategy,which effectively reduces the operation and treatment cost of the project while ensuring the effluent quality,among which the implementation of the"Comprehensive sewage discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996)is about 11.48 yuan·t-1.The biochemical process can be used as a reference for low C/N ratio sewage projects in farms.
