摘要
为将农业生产留下的秸秆进行废物利用,降低环境污染,进一步优化能源结构,文章总结了泸州市秸秆能源化利用现状和历程,分析当前泸州市探索推进秸秆能源化利用的经验模式和经济效益,并针对当前秸秆能源化利用的存在问题,从要素保障、示范引领、科技支撑等角度提出提升秸秆能源化利用水平的对策建议.
Abstract
In order to waste the straw left by agricultural production,reduce environmental pollution,and further optimize the energy structure,this paper summarizes the current situation and process of the energy utilization of straw in Luzhou Cit-y,analyzes the current empirical mode and economic benefits of exploring and promoting the energy utilization of straw in Luzhou City,and aiming at the current energy benefits of straw.For the existing problems,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the energy utilization level of straw from the perspective of element guarantee,demonstration guidance,scientific and technological support,etc.
