Practice and Logical Research on the Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Manure Returning to the Field from the Perspective of Cost-benefit Analysis——Taking Pujiang,Sichuan Province as an Example
Realising the full utilisation of livestock and poultry manure is the fundamental way out to solve livestock and poultry pollution and realise sustainable development of agriculture,and it is also the inevitable requirement to realise car-bon peak and carbon neutrality.At present,the new pattern of combined agriculture and animal husbandry cycle develop-ment in China has started to form,but small and medium-sized farmers still face difficulties in the utilisation of livestock and poultry manure returned to the field.In this paper,the causes of the predicament of small and medium-sized farmers'livestock and poultry manure return to the field are sorted out from the internal drive and external influence levels,and the main practical features of the typical case-small and medium-sized farmers'livestock and poultry manure return to the field based on the socialization service in Pujiang County,Sichuan Province-are summarized.It also further analyses the internal logic of farmers'and cultivators'participation in the use of livestock and poultry manure returned to the field from the cost-benefit perspective,in order to provide general references and lessons for improving the use rate of livestock and poultry manure returned to the field by small and medium-sized farmers in other provinces and municipalities in China.
