农村厕所革命的农户认知理论体系构建——概念界定、量表开发与检验

摘要
农村厕所革命的农户认知水平影响厕所革命的实施效果.为了有效测度农村厕所革命的农户认知水平,在概念界定、维度识别的基础上进行量表设计,并运用因子分析和结构方程模型验证量表的信度和效度.结果表明:1)农村厕所革命的农户认知是指农民了解农村厕所革命相关知识以后,通过个人感知和推理判断,对改厕政策、改厕标准、改厕效益和改厕成本4个维度的主观感受和综合评价.2)农村厕所革命的农户认知量表由政策认知、效益认知、标准认知和成本认知4个维度、15个测度项构成.分析得知,政策认知水平最高,改厕标准认知水平最低.3)农户认知量表的Cronbach's Alpha系数为0.901,KMO值为0.801,表明量表信度良好,各因子能够解释农户认知.4)政策认知、效益认知、标准认知和成本认知在84％、80％、72％和77％的水平上解释农村厕所革命的农户认知.据此,农村厕所革命的农户认知模型能准确测量农户认知水平,为政府制定农村厕所革命整改策略提供科学依据.
Abstract
The cognitive level of farmers in rural toilet revolution affects the implementation effect of toilet revolution.In or-der to effectively measure the cognitive level of farmers in rural toilet revolution,the scale is designed on the basis of con-cept definition and dimension identification,and the reliability and validity of the scale are verified by factor analysis and structural equation model.The results show that:1)Farmers'cognition of rural toilet revolution refers to farmers'subjective feelings and comprehensive evaluation of the four dimensions of toilet reform policy,toilet reform standard,toilet reform benefit and toilet reform cost through personal perception and reasoning judgment after they understand the relevant knowl-edge of rural toilet revolution.2)The farmers'cognition scale of rural toilet revolution is composed of four dimensions:policy cognition,benefit cognition,standard cognition and cost cognition,and 15 measurement items.According to the analysis,the level of policy cognition is the highest,and the level of cognition of farmers is the lowest.3)The Cronbach's Alpha coeffi-cient of the measurement factors is 0.901,and the KMO value is 0.801.The reliability of the scale is good,and each factor can explain the farmers cognition.4)Policy cognition,benefit cognition,standard cognition and cost cognition explain the farmers'cognition of rural toilet revolution at the levels of 84％,80％,72％and 77％.Accordingly,the farmer's cognitive model of the rural toilet revolution can accurately measure the cognitive level and formulate it for the government.
