摘要
餐厨垃圾预处理行业中螺旋挤压机在工作时经常会出现物料架桥、抱轴及打滑等问题,结合餐厨垃圾原料地域性、季节性、多样性等特点,设计出一种可自适应调节扭矩、保持出料干度恒定的新型螺旋挤压机.结合现场应用的不适应性,通过ANSYS静力学分析及离散元DEM仿真分析,对设备进行优化.改进后设备已在现场连续运行3个月,未出现打滑等现象.实践证明了理论分析的正确性和可靠性,该方法对螺旋挤压设备结构优化设计提供了一定的指导意义.
Abstract
In the kitchen waste treatment industry,the screw extruder often encounters some problems such as bridging,shaft holding and slippage during when operation.Based on the characteristics of regional,seasonal and diversity of food waste raw materials,I designed a new type of spiral extruder which can adjust torque adaptively and keep the dry degree of discharge constant.According to the inadaptability of field application,the equipment is optimized through ANSYS statics analysis and discrete element DEM simulation analysis.After the improvement,the equipment has been running continu-ously in the field for three months,and there is no slipping phenomenon.The practice has proved the correctness and relia-bility of the theoretical analysis,and this method provides a certain guiding significance for the structural optimization de-sign of spiral extrusion equipment.
