The influence of semen cassiae hawthorn oat capsules on fatty liver induced by integrated factors in rats
Objective To research the preventive and therapeutic effects of compound semen cassiae hawthorn oat capsules on fatty liver induced by integrated factors in rats.Methods Model of rats′ fatty liver was established by injection of 10% carbon tetrachloride（CCl4）as well as feeding of high fat diet.The general physical state,levels of serum alanine transaminase（ALT）,aspartate transaminase（AST）and hepatic pathological changes were checked in rats to evaluate the protective effect of semen cassiae hawthorn oat capsules.Results Compared with fatty liver model group,the semen cassiae hawthorn oat capsules could very markedly lower the content of ALT（P0.01）,markedly lower the contents of the AST（P0.05）,obviously ameliorate hepatic pathological changes and lighten hepatic steatosis of fatty liver rat in treated groups.Conclusion The semen cassiae hawthorn oat capsules is effective in preventing and treating fatty liver induced by integrated factors in rats.
