摘要

目的评价甘肃省第五轮全球基金艾滋病项目开展艾滋病宣传干预的效果。方法用统一的调查方法,在项目实施前进行基线调查,项目实施后两年开展中期评估,分析各类人群艾滋病知识知晓率及目标人群安全套使用率、HIV抗体检测率等相关指标的变化。结果项目地区商业性女性性服务者（FSW）、男男性接触者（MSM）、流动人群的艾滋病知识知晓率分别由2006年的15.28%,28.25%,15.81%上升到2008年的38.40%,45.75%,43.29%（P〈0.01）;HIV抗体检测率分别从2006年8.07%,16.40%,0.62%提高到2008年的46.38%,44.25%,9.05%（P〈0.01）;安全套使用率分别从2006年的63.85%,27.33%,3.37%提高到65.28%,36.00%,12.09%。结论通过项目的实施,提高了项目地区大众人群及目标人群的艾滋病知识知晓率,目标人群HIV抗体检测率和安全套坚持使用率均得到显著提高,推动了甘肃省项目地区的艾滋病防治工作;但是仍有部分目标人群不知晓艾滋病相关知识、不能主动寻求HIV抗体检测、不能坚持每次使用安全套。因此,应该加强对这三类目标人群的行为干预,研究行为的决定因素,采取各种可能的措施,开展内容更为广泛、针对性更强的综合性干预措施,切实提高活动的效果。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the implementation effectiveness of Global Fund Round 5 AIDS Program（GF5）in Gansu province.Methods Cluster random sampling investigation on HIV/AIDS related knowledge,condom use and HIV test rate was conducted among mass population and target population with the same methods used in 2006 and 2008.Results From 2006 to 2008,the awareness of HIV knowledge among female sex workers（FSW）,men who have sex with men（MSM）,and floating population increased significantly from 15.27%,28.25%,15.81% to 38.40%,45.75%,43.29%（P0.01）;HIV antibody detection rate increased significantly from 8.07%,16.40%,0.62% to 46.38%,44.25%,9.05%（P0.01）;and condom use rate increased from 63.85%,27.33%,3.37% to 65.28%,36.00%,12.09%,respectively.Conclusion Although the implementation of GF5 improves the awareness of AIDS knowledge,HIV antibody detection rate and condom use among the target population,comprehensive intervention still need to be conducted among the target population to control the AIDS spread.
