Clinical study on treatment of cervical vertigo by bone-setting manipulation and needle
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bone-setting manipulation and sword needle on cervical vertigo.Methods The cases（n=84） were divided into two groups randomly,experimental group（n=46）were treated with bone-setting manipulation and sword needle.Control group（n=38） were treated with massage and acupuncture.After two period of treatment respectively,the data were collected.Results There were significant differences in the cure and general effective rates.The cure and effective rates for experimental group were 71.7% and 97.8%,while for control group were 44.7% and 75.4%（P0.05）.A better improvement on the blood supply of vertebral basilar artery was observed in experimental group compared with that in control group.Conclusion The treatment plan of bone-setting manipulation and sword needle for cervical vertig is superiority,which is worth of recommending.
