Hemorheological changes in patients with fatty liver
Objective To explore the hemorheological changes of patients with fatty liver,and to provide basis for prevention of diseases with hemorheological changes.Methods The employees aged 30-50 years in an institution of Lanzhou city were tested by ultrasonography B.Hemorheological changes of 66 employees diagnosed with fatty liver and 71 healthy people were determined.Results All the values of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red cell aggregation index and plasma fibrinogen of the patients with fatty liver were higher than those of healthy people（P0.01）.Conclusion The hemorheological indexes of the patients with fatty liver are obviously higher than those of the healthy people,which indicates that the patients with fatty liver should take physical examination regularly.
