Nursing care of patients with elevated serum tumor markers underwent 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination
Objective To explore the effective nursing care plans for patients with elevated serum tumor markers who underwent 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.Methods Two hundred and ten subjects with elevated serum tumor markers but negative imaging results received 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.Results All cases received standardized nursing care and completed the 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.Seventy-six out of 210(36.2%) cases were found with tumor lesions.Conclusion Standardized nursing care play an important role on the diagnosis report quality of 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.It also impacts the compliance of the patients.
