Research progress on influencing factors and intervention measures of frailty in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention
Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a common acute and critical cardiovascular disease in elderly people.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is a treatment for coronary reperfusion in patients with AMI.The incidence of frailty was high during the disease,it seriously affects patients'physical and mental health and quality of life, leading to serious adverse outcomes.Early assessment, related factor analysis, and timely intervention were of great significance in reducing the impact of adverse health outcomes caused by frailty and improving the quality of life of patients. This paper reviews the main characteristics, influencing factors, and intervention measures of frailty in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI,the purpose was to provide a reference for clinical decision-making and disease management in elderly patients with AMI undergoing PCI.
