Objective To explore the effects of recombinant human collagen functional dressing combined with Kunhai Mujia decoction on wound hemostasis and coagulation in patients undergoing benign breast mass resection.Methods Ninety patients with benign breast masses admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected retrospectively as the subjects of this study.All patients received minimally invasive resection of benign breast masses with Macintosh.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to their treatment wishes.The patients in the observation group were injected with recombinant human collagen functional dressing 15 minutes before operation and 12 hours after operation combined with Kunhai stag decoction.The patients in the control group were given the same amount of normal saline as a placebo at the same time.Other hemostasis and treatment measures were the same as those in the observation group.The intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization cost and effect ratio,blood routine test before and after treatment and blood coagulation function of the patients in the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative blood loss and hematoma occurrence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospitalization cost of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),but the effective rate and cost-effectiveness ratio of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of WBC,RBC and HGB in the patients were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of PLT was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human collagen functional dressing combined with Kunhai Mujia decoction has a good effect on wound hemostasis in patients with benign breast mass resection,without affecting the coagulation function of patients,and it has a good safety and cost-effectiveness ratio.
