Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Shengji decoction on patients with low anal fistula.Methods 116 patients with low anal fistula admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,each group consisted of 58 cases.Both groups underwent anal fistulotomy with myocutaneous suture and internal drainage.The control group was given conventional treatment after the operation,while the study group was given Fuzheng Shengji decoction on top of the conventional treatment after the operation.The wound healing rate,new granulation,clinical efficacy,inflammation and inflammation in the two groups were investigated.The wound healing rate,new granulation,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor,growth factor,anal function,anorectal pressure and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The trauma healing rate and new granulation score were higher in the study group than in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after surgery(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Calcitoninogen(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels at 2 weeks postoperatively were lower in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were higher in the study group than in the control group at 2 weeks postoperatively(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the anal function score and maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal between the two groups at 2 weeks postoperatively(P＞0.05).The resting anal canal pressure at 2 weeks postoperatively was higher in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion Fuzheng Shengji decoction can promote postoperative wound healing,improve clinical efficacy,regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and growth factors,and protect anal function,and it is safe and reliable.
