Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of trephination and black cloth plaster. Methods Sixty patients with scar tissue admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group based on different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with external application of black cloth ointment after the intrauterine device placement, while the control group was treated with intrauterine device placement.Observe and compare the VSS scores and clinical efficacy between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than the control group's 63.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VSS scores of scar tissue between the two groups of patients before surgery(P>0.05);The VSS scores for scar tissue in the treatment group at 1,2,and 3 months after surgery were(3.03±1.20)points,(4.03±2.12)points,and(5.13±2.78)points,all of which were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after treatment in the treatment group was 3.33%,higher than the control group's 0.the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rates of scar tissue in the treatment group at 3 and 6 months after treatment were 6.7%and 13.3%,respectively were lower than the control group's 36.7%and 46.7%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of trephination and external application of black cloth ointment can effectively improve the scar status of patients with keloids, with significant therapeutic effects, good safety, and reduced recurrence rate. The prognosis is good.Worth promoting in clinical applications.
