Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the application of auricular acupoint sticking on early enteral nutritional intolerance in SAP patients. Methods 88 patients with SAP hospitalized between December 2021 and December 2022 who were treated with early enteral nutrition were selected. They were divided into control group(30 cases),experimental group(29 cases)and placebo group(29 cases)randomly. The control group were only given SAP routine nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine and early enteral nutrition.Auricular acupoint sticking was added to the experimental group. In the placebo group,a blank auricular acupoint was applied(auricular acupoints were the same as those in the experimental group). The feeding tolerance scores, incidence of feeding intolerance, serum total protein and albumin of the three groups were compared. Results Compared with control group and placebo group, the incidence of feeding intolerance and feeding tolerance scores in experimental group was decreased, and serum total protein and albumin in experimental group were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint sticking can improve the early enteral nutrition tolerance and improve the nutritional index of patients with SAP,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
