Objective To explore the repair effect of Qingyi granules on inflammatory damage and the influence of NF-κB signaling pathway in rats with mild acute pancreatitis(MAP).Methods 50 Wistar rats were selected and divided into groups according to the random number method, including the control group, the model group and the treatment group. The model group and the treatment group was further divided into two subgroups, with sample collections at 12 and 24 hours post-modeling,with 10 rats in each group.A rat model of MAP was established by injecting cerulein. The treatment group was given Qingyi granules by gavage, and the model group was given an equal amount of normal saline by gavage.Pancreatic tissue changes were meticulously observed under a microscope.Serum amylase, lipase, and calcium levels were detected;TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 levels were measured using ELISA,and protein expression levels were assessed using Western blot. Results The pancreatic tissue pathology score in the model group was higher than that in the control group, while the treatment group was lower than the model group(P<0.05).The serum AMY and LIP activities, inflammatory factor IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α concentrations, and NF-κB protein activation level in the model group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum AMY and LIP activities, the concentrations of IL-1 β,IL-6,TNF-α,and NF-κB protein activation level were lower than those of the model group(P<0.05);the serum Ca2+concentration of the model group was lower than that of the control group, and the serum Ca2+concentration of the treatment group was higher than that of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingyi granules can down-regulate the expression of NF-κB signaling pathway in pancreatic tissue of MAP rats, reduce the release of inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,reduce pancreatic tissue damage, and promote pancreatic tissue repair.
