The effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the recovery of shoulder joint function after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type rotator cuff injury
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the recovery of shoulder joint function after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type rotator cuff injury.Methods 90 patients with rotator cuff injury of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention after surgery,while the observation group received additional treatment with Yiqi Huoxue decoction.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,shoulder joint range of motion,inflammatory factor(MMP-13,COMP,MCP-4),shoulder joint function recovery effect(UCLA joint function score),and treatment safety were evaluated between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,inflammatory factor were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The range of motion of the shoulder joint and shoulder joint function recovery effect in the observation group were higher than that in the control group in terms of abductio(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups with no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction has a good therapeutic effect on patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery.It can improve shoulder joint mobility,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,restore shoulder joint mobility,and ensure good treatment safety.
