Objective To explore the effect of this formula on early postoperative knee function, tendon bone healing and gait cycle characteristics in patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods A total of 72 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were selected and divided into control group and observation group,36 patients in each group. The control group was given joint injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with intensive rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given combined treatment with self-designed Shujin Huoxue washing formula on this basis. The clinical status of the two groups was compared. Results Three months after operation,VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group[(1.07±0.50)points vs(3.42±0.35)points],Lysholm knee function score of observation group was higher than that of control group[(81.20±15.30)points vs(62.14±13.42)points],and the comparison differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The gait stability level of patients in the observation group with equal stride frequency, stride length, affected side support phase and affected side swing 3 months after surgery was significantly better than that in the control group, and the comparison differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the screw tunnel enlargement degree and tenon-bone node T2 value of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with Shujin Huoxue formula after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has a positive image on early knee function, significantly improving postoperative gait stability and tendon and bone healing level of patients, and speed up the recovery of knee function.
