血府逐瘀汤对大鼠后肢缺血模型血管新生的影响

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对大鼠缺血后肢模型血管新生的影响.方法:采用白及微球悬液栓塞法制作大鼠后肢缺血模型,并在造模后第3天低位截肢,分别在截肢术后第36小时和第48小时取材肉芽组织,常规病理切片观察各组样本缺血修复情况并计数局部血管数量.结果:SD大鼠栓塞术后第1天即表现为肢体发绀、跛行或拖拽,持续加重;截肢术后36 h,常规剂量和高剂量药物组的血管数量明显高于生理盐水组,尤以高剂量药物差异显著;术后48 h常规剂量药物失效,高剂量药物的血管数量仍明显高于生理盐水组.结论:血府逐瘀汤能短期促进肉芽组织的血管新生和促进缺血组织修复.
Angiogenesis Study of XFZYD on Limb Ischemic Model of Rat
Objective:To discuss the therapeutic angiogenic effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction (XFZYD) on limb ischemic model of rat.Methods SD Rat ischemic limb model was established by embolization with Bletilla microsphere suspension,and got low amputation on the third day after injection of Bletilla microsphere,then took granulation tissues respectively on the 36th,48th and 72th hour after amputation.Observe ischemia repair situation and count numbers of blood vessels by routine pathological section.Results The ischemic limb of model rat was characterized by cyanosis,limp or drag after the first day of embolization.36 hours after amputation,vessel number of high and regular dose of XFZYD group were both obviously higher than that of saline group,especially the high dose group ; 48 hours after amputation,the regular dose group could not improve the vessel growth,but the vessel number of high dose group still significantly higher than the saline group.Conclusion XFZYD could shortly promote vessel growth in granulation tissues to improve repairment of ischemic tissue.
