消渴病湿热致病机理与治法探讨

摘要
对中医消渴病的研究发现肥胖2型糖尿病占95％以上,尤以痰湿与湿热体质多见,符合中医经典对消渴病早期“脾瘅”的证候特点,湿热体质或痰湿体质互为转化,湿热侧重不同.从临床实践发现湿热证存在于消渴病各病程,因此很多医家主张祛湿、清热是消渴病治疗的重要治法之一.笔者通过探讨消渴与湿热之间的关系,分析湿热在消渴病的成因、病变发展过程中的影响,从而用以指导消渴病临床辨证用药,早期及时有效地进行干预,对消渴病及其并发症治疗具有理论指导意义.
Abstract
Discovered obese type 2 diabetes accounted for more than 95％ of the research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on diabetes,especially in phlegm dampness and damp heat constitution.It is in line with the classics of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetes early " pidan" syndrome characteristics,damp heat constitution and phlegm dampness constitution can transform to each other,while the degree of damp heat is different.From the clinical practice,we found that damp heat syndrome exist in all the course of diabetes.Therefore,many physicians advocated that clearing the heat dampness,is one of an important therapy in treatment of diabetes.The author researched the relationship between diabetes and damp heat,analysis influence of damp heat in the causes of diabetes,disease development process,thus to guide diabetes clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,timely and effective early intervention,to the treatment of diabetes and its complications.It has theoretical significance.
