Treatment of Women's Blood Syndrome from the Perspective of"Wind"in Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang
Women's Blood Syndrome is diverse and has diverse symptoms,which is a common and difficult disease in obstetrics and gynecology.Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang is the earliest existing monograph on obstetrics and gynecology in China.The main point is that Chen Ziming emphasized that the common pathogenic factors of women's blood syndrome are wind,cold and heat,which are different from the modern generally recognized pathogenic factors of cold,heat and dampness.This paper takes the theory of wind evil as the starting point,analyzes and discusses the characteristics of Chen Ziming's identification and treatment of women's blood syndrome.The study has found that external wind causes disease,or direct injury,or also pampers other evils,which can lead to the occurrence of women's blood syndrome;Over time,it is often accompanied by blood deficiency to produce wind,that is,internal wind pathogenic manifestations.In the treatment,according to the difference between the internal and external wind evil,more use of Jingjie powder,Dusheng powder,modified Siwu decoction as the basic formula,with the scatter the wind or the calm endogenous wind and relieve spasm to treat the internal and external wind evil,to achieve anti-inflammatory,increases immunity to treat women's blood syndrome.
