Animal Experimental Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy for Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury in 2012-2022
Objective To make systematic review on the effect of animal experiment of acupuncture and moxibustion on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI)in 2012-2022 and provide reference for future experimental research. Methods Searched for CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Web of Science database from January 1,2012 to June 1,2022,and the experimental animals, modeling method, intervention group measures, control group measures and outcome indicators in the included literature were analyzed and summarized. Results A total of 164 literatures were included. The experimental animals included rats, mice and rabbits. The intervention measures involved electroacupuncture(n=149)and moxibustion(n=16).In the electroacupuncture treatment,81 articles selected needle Neiguan single acupoint and 31 articles selected needle acupoints related to Neiguan. The frequency was mainly 2/100 Hz,2 Hz.The stimulation intensity was mainly 1 mA,and the treatment time was more than 20 minutes. The outcome indicators involved morphological indicators, functional indicators and molecular biological indicators. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on MIRI is significant. It is recommended to pay more attention to the selection of experimental animals, the compatibility of acupoint, the intervention plan of acupuncture and moxibustion, and the effect of different combined of intervention means.Emphasis is placed to the research on the mechanism and clinical application,so as to guide clinical practice and improve clinical efficacy.
