Analysis of the Characteristics of Eye Collateral and Its Correlation with TCM Syndrome Elements in Hypertension Based on Digital Visual Diagnosis Technology
Objective Using a visual diagnosis instrument to study the characteristics of eye collateral in hypertension patients and explore its correlation with TCM syndrome elements,in order to provide evidence support for the TCM clinical exploration of the characteristics of eye collateral and syndrome differentiation of hypertension. Methods 263 hypertensive patients and healthy control volunteers were included. The visual instrument collected the white eye images of all subjects, and digitally extracted the eye vein features, then analyzed the correlation between the eye vein features of hypertension and its syndrome elements. Results Compared with the control group, the characteristic morphology of eye collateral in hypertension was"blood vessels",the characteristic eye collateral locations were"liver"and"spleen",and the colors of the characteristic eye collateral were"yellow""dark yellow""dark"and"dark brown".The main syndrome element of hypertension was spleen deficiency. The characteristic morphology of hypertensive eye collateral"blood vessels"and color characteristic of"pink with dark"showed a significant negative correlation with the syndrome element"spleen deficiency".Conclusion Digital visual instrument can analyze the ocular characteristics of hypertension and analyze its correlation with syndrome elements. It shows that the digital visual examination instrument can provide objective basis and new method selection for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, and is beneficial to the standardized research of four diagnosis and improve the level of disease prevention and treatment.
