摘要
黄芪作为补气诸药之最,在消渴中运用广泛,尤其是中、下消之证,而早期糖尿病肾脏疾病可归属于消渴中的下消范畴.本文通过气阴关系,探讨黄芪在早期糖尿病肾脏疾病中的应用,认为其作用主要表现在:一以益气之力填补五脏之虚,推动调节脏腑的功能活动;二是通过补脾气以生后天肾精、益肾气以固肾中精微,使肾精充而有源、固而不泄;三则秉执阳中求阴,以补肺、脾、肾之气,促动机体阴复津生.总以颐养肾元、兼顾五脏,可谓治疗早期糖尿病肾脏疾病的特色用药.
Abstract
Astragali Radix,as the most important medicine for invigorating Qi,is widely used in Xiaoke,especially in the Zhongxiao and Xiaxiao,and early diabetic kidney disease can be attributed to the category of Xiaxiao.Therefore,this paper discusses the application of Astragali Radix in early diabetic kidney disease through the relationship between Qi and Yin.The main functions of Astragali Radix are as follows:First,fill up the deficiency of the five Zang-organs with the force of replenishing Qi and promote and regulate the functional activities of the viscera.Second,through supplementing spleen Qi in order to develop acquired kidney essence,supplementing kidney Qi in order to strengthen the essence of kidney,so that the kidney essence is full and active,solid and not leak.Thrid,obtain Yin from Yang,to fill the lung,spleen,kidney of Qi,stimulate the body fluid recovery.Always take care of the kidney Yuan,take into account the five Zang-organs,so Astragali Radix is a characteristic drug for the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease.
