This paper provides a comprehensive interpretation of the System of Consortium Standards Rating and Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(SCORE-TCM).SCORE-TCM is an integrative evaluation tool that thoroughly evaluates the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)consortium standards in aspects such as the establishing entity,text composition,technical content,promotional application,and implementation efficacy.The paper elaborates on the objectives,definition,and development process of SCORE-TCM,explicating each criterion within its evaluation index system and introducing the evaluation materials for each criterion.This article aims to assist developers of TCM consortium standards,third-party evaluators,and other relevant stakeholders to better understand the implications of each criterion in SCORE-TCM.It facilitates more effective application in self-evaluation or third-party evaluation of TCM consortium standards.SCORE-TCM will provide technical support for the implementation of the"Management Measures for TCM Consortium Standards"and the high-quality development of consortium standards of TCM.
