Analysis and Modeling Thinking on the Application Characteristics of Animal Models of Henoch-Sch?nlein Purpura Based on Literature Mining
Objective To study the modeling characteristics of Henoch-Schönlein purpura animal models,and to provide metrological reference for the standardization.Methods Search for related literatures on animal models of Henoch-Schönlein purpura in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed and Web of Science Database,summarize the experimental animal strain,age,sex,modeling method,modeling cycle,positive control drug,detection index,etc.,construct the database and standardize and analyze it.Results A total of 46 articles in accordance with the criteria were included,including 52 animal models experiments.Most of the experimental animals chose 6-and(3-4)-week-old SD rats or(3-4)and 8-week-old KM mice.And the sex was mostly male,or half male and half female.The principle of modeling was the combination of disease and syndrome,and the simulation of IgA nephropathy.The common modeling methods were tail vein injection of Indian ink+intragastric and caudal vein injection of wheat collagen solution,stomach administration/oral administration of dried ginger,pepper,Piper longum+intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin and Freund's complete adjuvant mixture+caudal vein/auricular vein and intradermal injection of ovalbumin saline solution.The modeling period was 14,6,12 weeks.The most commonly used positive control drugs were cimetidine,dipyridamole and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablets.The high-frequency detection indexes were serum-related biochemical indexes,renal histopathology,24-hour urinary protein,renal tissue immunohistochemistry,apparent index,urine routine,skin histopathology and so on.Conclusion At present,there are various animal models of Henoch-Schönlein purpura,and the compound model of combination of disease and syndrome is highly consistent with the clinical characteristics of Chinese and western medicine.But there is a lack of unified model preparation method and TCM syndrome evaluation standard.So it is necessary to explore the disease and syndrome models of other related syndrome types,and further repeat verification and improvement.
