柴元方治疗儿童气滞血瘀型肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Mesenteric Lymphadenitis with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis in Children with Chai Yuan Formula

摘要
目的 探究柴元方治疗儿童气滞血瘀型肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效.方法 选取 2019 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院儿科门诊收治的120 例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 60 例,治疗组接受柴元方治疗,对照组接受头孢克洛治疗,2 组均治疗10 天,比较2 组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组的总有效率为91.6%,高于对照组的75.0%,两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).其中,治疗组在腹痛积分、腹部压痛积分和烦躁、夜寐、腹胀、排便的次要症状积分以及肠系膜淋巴结长、短径的改善上,均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 柴元方治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chai Yuan formula in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis in children.Methods One hundred and twenty children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to the pediatric outpatient clinic of Longhua Hospital affiliated to SHUTCM from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 60 cases each in the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group received Chai Yuan formula treatment,and the control group received cefaclor treatment,and the 2 groups were treated for 10 days,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.6%,which was higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Among them,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of abdominal pain score,abdominal pressure and pain score and secondary symptom scores of irritability,night sleep,abdominal distension,and defecation,as well as the improvement of the length and short diameters of mesenteric lymph nodes(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Chai Yuan formula in treating children with mesenteric lymphadenitis is exact and can significantly ameliorate the clinical manifestations in pediatric patients.
