Analysis of the Academic Origins and Characteristics of Qi Binghui's Qi Shi Yi An
Qi Shi Yi An was written by Qi Binghui,a famous doctor in Sichuan in the Qing dynasty,who compiled Shu Chiyuan's Shang Han Ji Zhu and Zhao Xianke's Yi Guan and other works.Taking the theory of"healthy Qi is weak and evil Qi attacks"as the core,and taking the clinical experience as the evidence,this book integrated the theory of six meridians syndrome differentiation and supplement of the spleen and kidney organ,and deep explained the view that all internal diseases are unified in the six meridians.Qi wrote"ten advice for doctors"and"ten precepts for patients"to urge doctors to attach importance to medical ethics and remind patients to preserve health.The book is closely integrated with the theory and practice,based on case evidence,which has certain reference value and guiding significance for the theoretical research and clinical application of the six meridians syndrome differentiation and the method of reinforcing.
