从"病络理论"探讨肿瘤心脏病病机演变规律

摘要
本文以病络理论为指导思想,通过梳理病络理论渊源及其内涵,探析肿瘤心脏病病机演变规律.本文基于肿瘤心脏病"毒损心络"的核心病机,指出肿瘤心脏病病机演变易形成"正虚毒侵、毒复伤正"的恶性循环,阐释"毒、虚、滞"是肿瘤心脏病的病机关键,"心络不通"是肿瘤心脏病的重要表现形式,"解毒通络"是肿瘤心脏病的首要治则.同时本文依据病络理论总结肿瘤心脏病中医证型,并将其分为实证:络脉不和,络脉瘀阻,亦可见气滞血瘀之象;虚证:络脉空虚,具体可见气阴两虚、心阳不振、气血亏虚,旨在为构建肿瘤心脏病中医辨证体系提供一定思路.
Abstract
This paper takes the abnormal collateral theory as a guiding principle,sorting out the origins of abnormal collateral theory and its concepts,to analyze the evolution of pathogenesis of tumor with cardiovascular diseases.Based on the core pathomechanism of tumor with cardiovascular diseases,which is"toxins damaging heart collaterals",this paper points out that the evolution of the pathogenesis of tumor with cardiovascular diseases is prone to the vicious circle of"positive deficiency and toxic invasion,and toxic re-injury to the positive",explaining that"toxin""deficiency""stagnation"are the key to the pathogenesis of tumor heart disease,"heart collateral obstruction"is an important manifestation of tumor with cardiovascular diseases and"Jiedu Tongluo therapy"is the first rule of treatment for tumor with cardiovascular diseases.At the same time,this paper summarizes traditional Chinese medical types of syndrome of tumor with cardiovascular diseases.And in this paper,tumor with cardiovascular diseases is classified into deficiency syndrome and sufficiency syndrome.The sufficiency syndrome includes:syndrome of meridians disharmony,syndrome of collateral obstruction.It can also show syndrome of heart Qi stagnation with blood stasis.The deficiency syndrome includes:syndrome of collateral weakness.It is specifically visible:syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency,syndrome of heart Yang insufficiency,syndrome of dual deficiency of Qi and blood.It aims to provide certain ideas for constructing a Chinese medicine identification system for tumor with cardiovascular diseases.
