Study on the Distribution of TCM Syndromes of Taiyin Type Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with Taiyin type cerebral infarction based on the theory of"Five-state people",in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods Patients with Taiyin type cerebral infarction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM were screened by using the Five-state Personality Test Table(Simple Version for Adults).Formulated a questionnaire for information on four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine of the Taiyin type cerebral infarction.Collected clinical information from 221 patients who met the criteria.Established a database based on the collected data. The statistical analysis software SPSS 20.0 was used for data processing, the frequency of TCM clinical information of patients were calculated, and the factors analysis method was adopted to explore the law of syndrome distribution. Results Among the 221 cases of Taiyin type cerebral infarction included in this study,35 major four-diagnosis information were screened and summarized.Five syndrome sets were obtained through factor analysis, namely Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(24.9%),phlegm and dampness syndrome(24.0%),Qi deficiency and phlegm syndrome(23.1%),Qi deficiency and phlegm syndrome(23.1%),Qi deficiency syndrome(19.0%),blood stasis syndrome(9.0%),indicating that the syndrome elements of patients with Taiyin type cerebral infarction were mainly phlegm dampness,Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Conclusion The common TCM syndromes in patients with Taiyin cerebral infarction are mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and dampness syndrome,Qi deficiency and phlegm syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome, especially Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common.
