Expression and Significance of Autophagy Related Genes in HIV/AIDS Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of autophagy related genes in HIV/AIDS patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency. Methods From Zhumadian,Henan Province,20 HIV/AIDS patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency were selected as the research objects, and 20 healthy people were selected as the control group. The HIV/AIDS patients were treated with Yiaikang. The mRNA expression of autophagy related genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)of each group was detected and analyzed by gene chip technology. Results Compared with healthy people, the expressions of DDIT4,IRS2 and CXCR4 were down-regulated and the expression of PDPK1 was up-regulated in lung and spleen Qi deficiency patients of HIV/AIDS.The differential gene outcome was statistically significant after treating with Yiaikang(P<0.05).KEGG was used to analyze signaling pathways and the results showed that DDIT4,CXCR4,PDPK1,IRS2 were correlated with PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways. Conclusion The autophagy related gene in lung and spleen Qi deficiency patients of HIV/AIDS expressed differently.Yiaikang may affect the process of autophagy in lung and spleen Qi deficiency patients of HIV/AIDS by regulating the expressions of DDIT4,CXCR4 and IRS2.
