增强职业教育适应性:内涵阐释、生成逻辑与实现路径

职业教育适应性是职业教育自我发展的内部圈层和外部环境相互纠缠下的本质反映,提升职业教育适应性是类型化定位下进行中国式职业教育实践的必然选择。从适应性的结构特征看,职业教育适应性是对职业教育实践过程中"种"适应性、"类"适应性、"个"适应性的综合呈现。逻辑上以人的完整性生成为目标、以深度的产教结构融合为导向、以类型化的中国式职业教育适应体系建构为归宿。因此,职业教育适应性建构应以个体全生命周期成长为参照,培养完整的人;丰富场域结构,建构深度融合的职教共同体;根植职业教育本体,孕育职业教育自主性。
Enhancing the Adaptability of Vocational Education:Connotation Interpretation,Generative Logic and Implementation Path
The adaptability of vocational education is the essential reflection of the entanglement be-tween the inner circle and the external environment of the self-development of vocational education.Im-proving the adaptability of vocational education is an inevitable choice for practicing Chinese-style voca-tional education under the type orientation.From the perspective of the structural characteristics of adapt-ability,the adaptability of vocational education is a comprehensive presentation of the adaptability of"spe-cies","type"and"individual"in the process of vocational education practice.Logically,it takes the integri-ty of human beings as the goal,the deep integration of production and education structure as the orientation,and the construction of the typed Chinese-style vocational education adaptation system as the destination.Therefore,the construction of vocational education adaptability should be based on the growth of individual life cycle as a reference to cultivate complete people,enrich the field structure and construct a deeply inte-grated vocational education community,rooted in the ontology of vocational education,and then breeds the autonomy of vocational education.
