Research on the Construction of a Cross Cultural Professional Competency Model for"Chinese+ Vocational Skills"Talents
"Chinese+Vocational Skills"education is a Chinese program for international education as-sistance that integrates language skills,and cross-cultural vocational competence is an essential part of the talent cultivation goal of"Chinese+Vocational Skills"education,manifested as a complex ability complex.Cross cultural professional competence fully draws on target frameworks such as feasible competence,pro-fessional competence,and global competence,while being elevated through the harmony of righteousness and benefit in excellent traditional Chinese culture,as well as the correct concept of righteousness and ben-efit in the community with a shared future for mankind.In the perspective of relational theory,cross-cultur-al professional competence is specifically reflected in the three logics of"greater language","greater profes-sion"and"greater integration".Based on the principles of righteousness and harmony,and using the Delphi expert consultation method,an exploratory evaluation index system for cross-cultural professional compe-tence with Chinese characteristics has been constructed,including three primary indicators:Greater Chi-nese,Greater Career,and Greater Integration,10 secondary indicators,and 31 tertiary indicators.This indi-cator provides a basic basis for assessing the academic performance of students in"Chinese+Vocational Skills"education,in order to lead the high-quality development of"Chinese+Vocational Skills"education currently implemented in China.
