Dynamic mechanism and key path of teaching digital transformation in vocational colleges from the perspective of actor network theory
The digital transformation of teaching is the key to the digital transformation of vocational colleges and an important breakthrough for the integration of science and education in vocational education. The digital transformation of teaching in vocational colleges includes three levels:classroom, curriculum and major. It is a complex system involving multiple elements.Based on Actor-Network Theory, the actor elements and functions of digital transformation of vocational college teaching are analyzed. It is believed that the collaborative symbiosis of organizational actors is the driving force of transformation, the digital ca-pabilities of individual actors are the key to transformation, the connectivity and sharing of non-human ac-tors in the material category are the support of transformation, and the cultural reshaping of non-human ac-tors in the realm of consciousness is the guarantee of transformation.Based on the principle of"translation",a dynamic mechanism for the digital transformation of teaching in vocational colleges has been constructed from three stages:power stimulation, power synthesis and power guarantee.A critical path with"one body, two wings, and one engine"for the digital transformation of teaching in vocational colleges has been con-structed from four aspects:promoting data integration, strengthening industry-education integration capabil-ities,cultivating digital literacy, and cultivating digital culture.
