Analysis of the Framework for Building Teaching Innovation Teams in Vocational Colleges:A Systematic Analysis Based on 49 Articles in CNKI Journals
How to build and develop teaching innovation teams is an important issue faced by re-searchers and practitioners in vocational colleges.A systematic literature review method was used to ana-lyze the relevant research on the practice of innovative team building for vocational college teachers.Through qualitative meta-analysis,four core categories were extracted:theoretical support,development logic,action strategy,and demonstrating innovation.A"development tree"framework for teaching innova-tion team building was constructed,which has the characteristics of systematic comprehensiveness,coordi-nation and consistency,and flexible innovation.This study proposes that the construction of teaching inno-vation teams should be guided by basic theories and"self-selection"theories;grasp the main thread that is consistent with the organizational development logic,policy traction logic,and collaborative promotion log-ic;take into account the six major action strategies of team building,unified thinking,institutional construc-tion,cultural construction,and individual ability development and platform construction;demonstrate inno-vation from both individual and organizational perspectives.
