Exploring the Path of Building Teaching Innovation Teams for Vocational College Teachers from the Perspective of Organizational Behavior
Building a high-quality teaching innovation team is an important means to give full play to the status of vocational education as an education type and effectively enhance the adaptability of vocational education.Organizational behavior based on organizational development provides a new research perspec-tive for understanding teachers'teaching innovation teams.From the perspective of organizational behav-ior,the teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers is a practical research team that combines symbiosis,openness,and comprehensiveness.Its organizational environment is mainly provided by three driving forces:macro,meso,and micro.In the face of practical difficulties such as the low organizational lev-el,barriers to the"double-qualified"teachers circulation mechanism,lack of leading talents,and the ab-sence of symbiotic culture in the process of team building,we should pay attention to organizational struc-ture and systematic planning of team life cycle;rely on the industry-education community to smoothen the circulation path of"double-qualified"teachers;pay attention to the construction of talent echelons and opti-mize the cultivation of leading talents;based on organizational characteristics,shape team culture to achieve high-quality development and efficient improvement of practical level of teaching innovation teams for vocational college teachers.
