Exploration on the Construction of Credit Bank Based on the Application of Learning Outcomes—Taking Shanghai Lifelong Education Credit Bank as an Example
The application of learning outcomes is the cornerstone of the existence and development of credit bank.The application value of learning outcomes in credit bank is conducive to promoting lifelong learning for learners and empowering the construction of an education system that serves lifelong learning for all.At present,the credit bank is facing the dilemma of"only storing but not using"the learning out-comes.Shanghai Lifelong Education Credit Bank has constructed a learning outcomes application communi-ty and built a learning outcomes application platform in exploring the value of learning outcomes,and inno-vated the learning outcomes application model,provided empirical reference for overcoming difficulties in application of learning outcomes.In the future,credit bank can broaden the application paths of learning outcomes by stimulating the high-frequency application needs of learning outcomes,establishing an inclu-sive learning outcomes application database through internal and external linkage,and exploring new appli-cations of learning outcomes based on multidimensional data analysis to create new opportunities for the en-dogenous development of credit bank.
