Difference Analysis of the Willingness of Enterprises with Different Employee Sizes to Integrate Industry and Education——A Survey Study Based on 517 Enterprises in Hebei Province
The integration of industry and education is the target orientation of the reform and develop-ment of vocational education in China,and the willingness of enterprises is the key factor affecting the effec-tiveness of industry-education integration.Questionnaires and on-site interviews were used to analyze the status quo of the integration of industry and education in enterprises of different employee sizes and their par-ticipation willingness,target willingness,process willingness and form willingness.The results show that en-terprises of different employee sizes have the willingness to integrate industry and education,but there are differences in the participation willingness,target willingness,process willingness and form willingness.The primary goal of the integration of industry and education is to recruit and improve the quality of employees.The larger the employee size of an enterprise,the stronger its willingness to become an industry-education integration enterprise,and the more it recognizes the advancement of the talent cultivation mode of industry-education integration,the more it can carry out in-depth industry-education integration activities.To pro-mote the process of industry-education integration,it is necessary to deepen the system reform to stimulate the willingness of enterprises to participate;activate the form of integration and respect the process willing-ness of enterprises;strengthen the win-win orientation,assist enterprises in maintaining their willingness;and optimize the conditions of integration to help enterprises realize their willingness.
