Experiences and Inspiration of German Continuing Vocational Education Reforms
In order to improve the adaptation of workers to the market environment of digital and low-carbon transformation,Germany released the National Strategy for Continuing Education in 2019 to reform the existing continuing education system.After monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the strategy,Germany released a new continuing education strategy in 2022,proposing to launch the construction of a continuing education-oriented nation.Germany insists on promoting reforms through regulations,bringing together the resources of all parties to form a synergy,giving full play to the market operation mechanism,and emphasizing the application of digital technology and the cultivation of digital skills.These experiences and practices have reference value for the high-quality development of China's continuing education and the construction of a learning society and a learning country.
