Research on the Mechanism of High-Level Engineering Universities'Participation in the Construction of Vocational Education Teacher Training Systems under the Perspective of Synergistics
Synergetics is an important theory to analyze the transformation of a system from disorder to order,which has intrinsic fitness for analyzing the construction of vocational education teacher training systems.In the process of building the vocational education teacher training system in China,there are mul-tiple ups and downs to promote the phase change of the system.By analyzing the historical process of the phase change of the system,it is found that the construction of a diversified and open vocational education teacher training system has become inevitable.High-level engineering universities have the maturity to build a vocational education teacher training system,which is reflected in significant resource advantages and perfect talent training systems.Therefore,it is proposed to establish a synergistic mechanism for high-level engineering universities to participate in the construction of a vocational education teacher training system,which should take the cultivation goal as the sequential parameter,play the role of leading and guid-ing,smooth the multi-party synergistic channel,and set up the evaluation feedback and rectification mecha-nism.
