Investigation on the Current Situation of Teacher Team Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities in the New Era——Empirical Analysis Based on Six Provinces
In order to deeply look into the implementation of the Provisions on the Construction of Teacher Teams for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era and other central documents in higher vocational institutions,and to master the current situation of the construc-tion of teacher teams for ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges and universi-ties,we conducted research in higher vocational colleges and universities in six provinces in the country,and the results showed that the higher vocational colleges and universities have achieved practical results in the four aspects such as the comprehensive leadership of ideological and political theory course teacher team construction,the establishment of a regular mechanism of ideological and political theory courses.But there are still some outstanding problems,including irregular use of teaching materials by ideological and political theory course teachers,irregular setup of secondary institutions such as Marxism colleges,unsound entry and exit mechanisms for teachers of ideological and political theory courses,and insufficient vitality of enter-prise practice for teachers of ideological and political theory courses.Based on the survey,we put forward suggestions in four aspects,such as the unified preparation of teaching materials for elective courses of ideo-logical and political theory course in higher vocational colleges,and the establishment of the working mecha-nism of"hand in hand"between the party organizations of colleges and enterprises.
