职业院校教师教学创新团队协作共同体涉及职业院校、科研院所、行业企业、政府部门,既相互独立又紧密联系,呈现主体构成的多元性、价值愿景的统一性、运行机制的系统性、创新实践的协同性等应然状态,同时面临协作参与主体不一、协作达成愿景不强、协作创新实践不多、协作运行机制不活等实然困境,必须坚持明确身份关系、凝聚价值共识、加强模式创新、推动机制完善、促进成果共享等使然进路,以有效助推职业院校教师教学创新团队高质量建设。
Collaborative Community of Teacher's Teaching Innovation Teams for Vocational College Teachers:The Expected State,the Practical Dilemma,and the Necessary Approach
The collaborative community of teacher's teaching innovation teams in vocational college involves vocational colleges,research institutes,industry enterprises,and government departments.It is in-dependent but closely related to each other,showing expected states such as the diversity of main body com-position,the unity of value vision,the systematicity of operating mechanism,and the synergy of innovative practices;At the same time,facing practical dilemmas such as inconsistent participants in collaboration,weak vision for collaboration,limited collaborative innovation practices,and ineffective collaborative operat-ing mechanisms.Clear identity relationships,consolidate value consensus,strengthen model innovation,promote mechanism improvement,and promote achievement sharing must be persisted,to effectively pro-mote the high-quality construction of teacher's teaching innovation teams in vocational college.
