The Basic Logic,Problem Analysis,and Practical Path for Developing Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training Programs from the Perspective of Type Education
Taking the development of vocational undergraduate talent training programs as a break-through,the study follows the basic logic of integrating to enhance the adaptability of talent training,design-ing the positioning of professional talent training at all levels,and establishing a professional teaching stan-dard system to connect and integrate the vocational education talent training system.Faced with the prob-lems of unclear development paths,inadequate integration of curriculum systems,and loose integration of practical teaching systems in the development of integrate training programs for professional talents,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on talent needs based on type education,innovate talent training models that are suitable for type education,and construct a professional curriculum system that is connect-ed with type education,improve a professional practice teaching system that is closely connected with type education,and establish a structured"double-qualified"high-level professional teacher team to develop a integrate training program for vocational undergraduate.
