Realistic Difficulties and Policy Suggestions for Rural Labor Force Participation in New Employment Forms in Guangdong Province under the Background of Digital Economy
With the development of social economy and technological progress,"new employment form"has increasingly become an important form of employment in China's labor market due to its charac-teristics such as large capacity and strong flexibility.In the current increasingly severe situation of China's employment market,it plays an important role as a"buffer zone"and"pressure relief valve"for employ-ment.However,the quality of employment under the new employment form still faces many"shortcomings",such as insufficient occupational security,employment vulnerability,and lack of social identity.Therefore,in order to fully use the role of new employment forms in absorbing employment in rural revitalization,it is necessary to raise employment stabilization to a strategic level,and consider all aspects,accelerate the or-derly transfer of industries in the Greater Bay Area,cultivate new driving forces for county-level develop-ment,establish a sound public employment service system,build a community of skills training for new em-ployment forms in government,schools,enterprises,and society,innovate the methods and content of new employment form skills training for rural labor,carry out targeted assistance actions for digital vocational training,create a better professional environment for the development of new employment forms to promote high-quality development of new forms of employment.
