From International Experience to Local Practice:a Game-breaking Approach to the Digital Transformation of Vocational Education in China
Digital transformation has become the priority in China's education field in response to rapid technological change.Analyze the experiences of digital transformation construction of vocational edu-cation in eight countries or organizations,and extract typical strategies of digital transformation of higher vo-cational education.Targeting domestic cases,this paper discusses the practice map and layout characteris-tics of the digital transformation of vocational education in China.The game-breaking approach of digital transformation of vocational education in China is summarized as five chains and fifteen steps of the cross-enclosing transformation strategy,including strengthening the overall role of the management chain,improv-ing policies and system upgrading;Promoting the fundamental role of the technology chain to ensure the out-put of facilities and resources;Build the core role of the education chain,expanding teaching and learning services;Cooperate with the driving role of the enterprise chain,practicing co-construction and sharing sys-tem;Adhere to the leading role of the talent chain,innovative training and construction goals.By taking the education chain and enterprise chain as the horizontal game-breaking mode,the technology chain and tal-ent chain as the vertical game-breaking mode,and making the management chain the four-chain encircle-ment mode,this paper provides theoretical support and practical strategies for the digital transformation of vocational education in China.
