The construction of highly skilled talents is a powerful starting point to promote the con-struction of a powerful country in education and an important way to build a modern socialist country in all respects.Highly skilled talents are the"skill extension"of advanced technology,the"skill iterator"of ex-panding field boundaries,and the"skill penetrator"of promoting industrial transformation.However,there are still some practical problems in the construction of highly skilled talents,such as quantity and quality cannot meeting the requirements,talent training and training platforms are not fully built,and evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms are not in place.To strengthen the construction of high-skill talents in the new era,it is proposed to establish the concept of development of high-skill talent cultivation in the new era,implement the digital empowerment action of high-skill talent cultivation,improve the integration plat-form of production and education of high-skill talents cultivation,and establish the evaluation system of the technical skill level of high-skill talents.
