"匠人之师"理念和新时代教育家精神有着内在契合点.新时代,"匠人之师"教育家精神是职业教育教师队伍建设的关键价值追求."匠人之师"教育家精神的时代内涵包含六点:执着与坚守事业的理想信念、专注与投入教学的道德情操、力行与勤思实践的育人智慧、深潜与探寻研究的躬行态度、关爱与引导学生的仁爱之心、发展与赓续精神的弘道追求.为生成新时代"匠人之师"教育家精神,建议强化职前培养,筑基为师的教育智慧;深入企业实践,积蓄为师的教学深度;构建教学共同体,积聚为师的教学广度;稳固投入持续力,积淀为师的教育情怀.
The Era Connotation and the Generation Path of the Educator Spirit as"Master Craftsman"
The concept of"master craftsman"and the educator spirit in the new era share an inherent harmony.In the new era,the educator spirit of"master craftsman"is the key value pursuit of the construc-tion of vocational teaching faculty.The contemporary connotation of the educator spirit of"master crafts-man"encompasses six aspects:the ideal and belief of persistence and adherence to the cause,the moral sentiment of concentration and devotion to teaching,the nurturing wisdom of practical experience and dili-gent reflection,the attitude of practicing deeply and exploring research,the love of caring and guiding stu-dents,and the Dao-pursuit of development and continuous spirit.In order to generate the educator spirit of"master craftsman"in the new era,it is suggested to strengthen the pre-service training and build the edu-cational wisdom of teachers,immersing in enterprise practices to enrich teaching depth,establishing collab-orative teaching communities to broaden pedagogical scope,consistently investing resources to accumulate educational feelings.
