职业教育赋能新质生产力:要素配置与行动逻辑

新质生产力是科学技术发展到一定水平后的"新质态"生产力,是传统生产力的"质变"与"跃升"。职业教育是技术创新、传递与推广、应用的社会活动,与新质生产力密切相关。基于马克思主义生产力经典理论和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想分析,新质生产力的形成与发展需要实践主体、科技创新、人力资本、资金投入、制度环境等要素的支撑。赋能新质生产力,职业院校需要优化配置教师创新团队、实习实训基地、技术技能课程、教育管理制度、就业创业教育等要素,并确定相应的行动逻辑,增强职业教育的适应性、完整性、多样性和目标性。
Vocational Education Empowers New Quality Productive Forces:Factor Allocation and Action Logic
The new quality productive forces is the"new qualitative"productivity after the develop-ment of science and technology to a certain level.It is the"qualitative change"and"leap"of traditional productivity.Vocational education is a social activity of technological innovation,transmission,promotion and application,which is closely related to new quality productive forces.From the perspective of the Marx-ist classical theory of productivity and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in economy,the formation and development of new quality productive forces require the support of practical entities,technological innovation,human capital,capital investment,institutional environment.In order to empower new quality productive forces,vocational colleges need to optimize the allocation of teach-ers'innovative team,practice and training base,technical skills courses,education management system,employment and entrepreneurship education,and determine the corresponding action logic,so as to en-hance the adaptability,integrity,diversity and goal of vocational education.
