共生视角下县域产教联合体建设实践路径研究——以江苏省常熟市为例

摘要
市域产教联合体的建设呼应了区域产业转型发展的趋势和要求,推动了区域产教融合的纵深发展.相比市域产教联合体,县域产教联合体建设所面临的政策环境、拥有的产业基础、职教资源、多元主体的积极性调动,以及共赢互惠目标的实现等,都具有较大的差异性.江苏省常熟市基于产教共生的理念,通过优化职业教育布局、构建政策保障体系、提高人才培养效能等路径,建立县域产教联合体,其成功经验值得借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The construction of a city-wide industry-education consortium echoes the trend and re-quirements of regional industrial transformation and development,and promotes the in-depth development of regional industry-education integration.Compared with the city-level industry-education consortium,the county-level industry-education consortium has great differences in the policy environment,industrial base,vocational education resources,the initiative of multiple subjects,and the realization of win-win goals.Based on the concept of co-existence of production and education,Changshu City of Jiangsu Prov-ince has established a county-level production-education consortium by optimizing the layout of vocational education,building a policy guarantee system,and improving the efficiency of personnel training.Its suc-cessful experience is worth learning and thinking about.
