全球职教命运共同体:理论内涵、世界意义与构建路径

构建人类命运共同体是实现人类社会合作共赢、加强全球开放合作、完善全球治理体系、促进全球繁荣发展的时代选择.全球职教命运共同体属于典型的领域命运共同体,是人类命运共同体理念在职业教育国际合作领域的具体体现,其理论内涵是基于世界各国职业教育利益相关者需求构建的职业教育国际合作规范性导向和交往秩序.构建全球职教命运共同体是应对世界经济下滑、对接全球劳动力市场需求、推动"一带一路"建设高质量发展、完善全球职业教育治理体系的现实需要,意义重大.建议从理念共同体、文化共同体、制度共同体、责任共同体和行动共同体五个方面着力构建全球职教命运共同体.
Global Vocational Education Destiny Community:Theoretical Connotation,World Significance and Construction Path
Building a community with a shared future for mankind is the choice of Times to achieve win-win cooperation among human societies,strengthen global openness and cooperation,improve the glob-al governance system,and promote global prosperity and development.The global vocational education com-munity with a shared future is a typical community with a shared future in the field,it is the concrete em-bodiment of the concept of a community of human destiny in the field of international cooperation in voca-tional education,and its theoretical connotation is the normative orientation and exchange order of interna-tional vocational education cooperation constructed based on the needs of stakeholders in vocational educa-tion around the world.It is of great significance to build a global vocational education community with a shared future in response to the world economic downturn,docking the needs of the global labor market,pro-moting the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"construction,and improving the global voca-tional education governance system.It is suggested to build a global vocational education community with a shared future from five aspects:concept community,culture community,system community,responsibility community,and action community.
